Funding The Hawkesbury Nepean Catchment Management Authority offers funding to landholders and local community groups for a range of environmental improvements on private and public land across the catchment. The HNCMA will direct funding to high priority conservation projects with significant environmental outcomes. For both landholders and councils, the funding process has been streamlined and designed to be accessible across the catchment. All funding has been made available by the NSW and Australian Governments.
